ORDERING INFORMATION
ORDER BY PHONE, FAX, OR EMAIL (payment information)
We accept direct orders from teachers, schools, researchers, and by arrangement (call or email us). You may use this form and send it by mail or fax. We accept purchase orders, checks, or credit cards.
Alternatively, you can send us an email (nchs@history.ucla.edu) with a list of (brief) titles and quantities. Be sure to include your complete shipping address and phone number as well as your billing address, if different.
We then will send your order with an invoice payable within 30 days of recipt. If you have been offered a discount, note the type or code on the form & we will calculate the discount on your subtotal.

If you have been offered a discount, be sure to note that on your order form or in your email. Discounts are only available with orders placed directly with NCHS.

School Districts : NCHS is the publisher & sole source of all of the products in our catalog. All schools and teachers may order directly from NCHS by email, phone, or fax.
