CCHE Conference in Long Beach

With Keynote Speech by Dr. Gary Nash

Update (10/20/2011): This past CCHE conference was the biggest, most attended conference to date. It was a huge success on all parts! Keep checking back to see pictures from the event.

Dr. Gary Nash, NCHS Director, will be giving the keynote talk this Saturday at the CCHE conference in Long Beach. He will speak on "Forbidden Love: The Hidden History of Mixed Race America." Ross Dunn, NCHS Co-Director of World History Projects and Prof. Tim Keirn of CSU Long Beach will host a session on "California Standards of the 'New World History'" following the keynote address.
